The 250 birth anniversary of Veluthampi Dalawa will be celebrated at Press Club Auditorium here on May 12, the Veluthampi Dalawa National Foundation said on Friday.
As part of the celebration, the Veluthampi Dalawa statue on the Secretariat premises will be garlanded. The function, to be chaired by Parvathipuram Sreemad Sreedharaswami Thiruvadikal, will be inaugurated by Mayor K Chandrika. V Sivankutty MLA will honour the guests at the function.
