THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Applications have been invited for admissions to the two-month food production course at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Kovalam. Candidates in the age group of 18-28 who have passed Class VIII are eligible for the free course that will commence on Monday.
Interested candidates must appear with a passport-size photo and age certificate.Those who complete the course, which is part of the Hunar Se Rozgar Tak scheme, will get a stipend of `2,000, a course certificate, along with free uniforms, meals and tool kit.
