THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Medical students should have an attitude to serve people facing hardships in the society and save their lives, Governor Sheila Dikshit said. She was speaking during the convocation ceremony at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology here on Friday.
She said that the medical equipment produced at the institute were of supreme quality. The Governor felicitated students who excelled in various fields. Planning Board Vice-Chairman K M Chandrasekhar presided over the function. Institute director Jaganmohan Tharakan, heads of departments, staff members and students were present.
