Sainik School Kazhakkoottam also achieved a cent per cent pass with cadet Akash K R topping the list with 97 per cent

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: City schools fared well in the AISSCE 2014 exams for class 12, the results of which were declared here the other day. Several schools recorded a full pass percentage in the exam. Students of Kendriya Vidyalaya Pangode achieved a cent percent pass in the science and humanities streams. Devi Krishna R is the school topper in science with 98.4 per cent. Arya K was the topper in the Commerce stream while Ashams Joe S S topped in humanities.

 Sainik School Kazhakkoottam also achieved a cent per cent pass with cadet Akash K R topping the list with 97 per cent. The school has secured 42 distinctions out of 82 cadets who sat the exam.  Jyothis Central School, Kazhakkoottam also recorded a full pass, with 32 of the 42 who appeared students getting distinction. Sneha Nair and Chelsa Sebastian were the toppers in the Science and Commerce streams.

 Swami Vivekananda Mission Central School, Nemom secured 100 per cent pass in the AISSCE 2014, with half of the candidates achieving distinction and the others first class. Shaheen S M is the school topper with 93 per cent.   Alan Feldman Public School, Kazhakkoottam saw all its 36 students clear the CBSE exam with 26 students getting distinction. J Nilofer (95.4 per cent) is the school topper in Biology.

 Students of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Model School, Varkala also won laurels with a hundred per cent pass, and 34 students out of the 75 who sat the exam secured distinction. Athira Ajayaghosh was the school topper with 96 per cent marks.
