HP to Tie up with T-TBI

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Technopark-Technology Business Incubator (TBI) is partnering with the tech major HP to roll out cloud services for incubatees. Technopark- TBI and HP will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Travancore Hall, Park Centre, Technopark campus on Thursday.

 K G Girish Babu, CEO, Technopark; Hrishikesh Nair, CEO, Technopark TBI; K C Chandrasekharan Nair, managing director, Technopark TBI; and the HP team will attend the function.

 According to officials, HP would provide its services to startups at TBI at discounted rates. A seminar has been organised after the launch to enable entrepreneurs to learn more about cloud computing and the services on offer.

The seminar will mainly focus on virtual private cloud, multiple OS options, client portal and control through service catalog, physical and virtual compute resources and consumption billing.

HP will demonstrate the cloud services and enable individual meetings after the seminar.

 “This will definitely be a great opportunity for startups to know more about cloud computing and the cloud service will help them run their businesses more efficiently,” said K C Chandrasekharan Nair, MD, Technopark TBI.
