Meeting Organised

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thiruvananthapuram District Cricket Association (TDCA) and the cricket fraternity of Thiruvananthapuram organised  a condolence meeting here in memory of G Ratheesh alias Kochappan who passed away here the other day.

Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) president T C Mathew, TDCA president Jeevan, secretary Vinod S Kumar and KCA member Reghunath along with around 100 cricket enthusiasts, officials and former players attended the function held at the KCA headquarters here on Wednesday. Ratheesh was considered the shortest cricket umpire in the country and began his career in umpiring in 1987.
