THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two notorious criminals, who were booked for various cases in different police stations, were arrested by Peroorkada police on Thursday.
Biju alias ‘Olapeepi’ and Ajith alias Kannan were arrested when they were trying to collect hafta money from drivers near Vayalikkada. Both were later remanded.
There are around 14 cases registered against Biju at Medical College and Peroorkada police stations and there are around seven cases registered against Ajith in Peroorkada Station.
They were arrested by the team led by Peroorkada Circle Inspector R Suresh and included SI V Saijunath and SI M Vijayamohanan.
