THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Federation of Residents’ Associations Thiruvananthapuram (FRAT) will organise a rally and a human chain around the Secretariat on Saturday to mark the World No-Tobacco Day (WNTD) celebrations.
The theme of the rally is ‘Tobacco Kills,’ FRAT president T K Bhaskara Panicker and general secretary Parinayam Devakumar said.
The rally will be flagged off from Kowdiar. ENS
