Doon School Headmaster to Visit the City

Headmaster of The Doon School McLaughlin will be visiting the city on May 15. He will be discussing the school as part of a presentation about The Doon School’s specialist approach to boarding education for boys aged 12-18 and its long established track record of educating boys.

The Doon School is in international membership of the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC) and is also in membership of theInternational Boys School Coalition (IBSC) as well as being an IBO world school.

 The Doon School has a broad based curriculum offering the ISC and IB. The school is academically selective and requires each boy at Class 7 and Class 8 entry to sit an examination in English, Mathematics and Hindi,  with a concession for boys who are not from a Hindi speaking state.

Boys are also required to sit verbal and non- verbal reasoning papers after which they are invited for an interview. There are examination centres at the school and across India including three southern states.
