THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CADD Centre will organize a workshop on ‘Emerging Trends in Infrastructure Management Solutions’ for civil engineering aspirants and students on September 24.
The workshop, to be held at Bhagyamala Auditorium at Chandrasekharan Nair stadium from 3.30 pm to 6 pm, is being organised in association with US-based Bentley Inc, a reputed software developer for infrastructure project designs.
Speakers from Bentley Inc and CADD Centre will address the civil engineering aspirants and students. Sessions will include a talk on Ream World Structures using STAAD Pro by Surojith Ghosh, Technical Consultant, CADD Centre, and an Overview of Building Information Modelling by Guganeswaran, country head, Business Support, CADD Centre.
“ As a token of support, the students who participate in the workshop will be offered licenses of MicroStation, STAAD.Pro and Pro- Structure with a validity of 90 days, which they can use for their college projects,” said Alagar Rajan C, Executive Director, CADD Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.
