Congress to Observe Quit India Day

Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate the Quit India Day meet afterwards, with V M Sudheeran in the presidential chair.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:  As part of observing Quit India Day on Sunday, under the aegis of the KPCC,  president V M Sudheeran will hoist the Congress flag at Indira Bhavan here at 9.30 am. He will also receive a guard of honour of   Sevadal volunteers on the occasion. Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate the Quit India Day meet afterwards, with V M Sudheeran in the presidential chair.
