THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Secretary Jiji Thomson will inaugurate the ‘Property Show and Build Expo -2015’ held under the auspices of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) and Builders’ Association of India (BAI), at 11 am on Friday.
The three-day expo, which is the biggest property show in the state capital that will showcase exclusive villas and apartments of Kerala’s selected builders and premium brands of building materials for prospective home buyers, is to be held from August 14 to 16 at the Trivandrum Club in Vazhuthacaud here.
Leading banks and financial institutions are expected to be part of the mega event bringing to the public attractive home loan options to help home buyers in making smart choices.
“Prospective home buyers of today have become highly selective in terms of greenery and waste management, in addition to prime location and quality amenities,” the organisers said.
“CREDAI has made sure all its member builders conform to these expectations. It is in this context that the Property Show and Build Expo - 2015 becomes significant,” it said.
