THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:Former Chief Minister C Achutha Menon had laid the foundation for the state’s development, CPI state secretary Kanam Rajendran has said.
“Menon played a key role in the Communist party’s attempts to frame a blueprint for the state’s development. The guidelines in it are still relevant and useful for present-day administrators,” Kanam said after inaugurating the Achutha Menon commemoration meeting and party class at Vattiyoorkavu here on Sunday.“Menon had a pivotal role in the party state unit leadership.
