THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The 60th death anniversary of Dr B R Ambedkar, architect of the Constitution, will be observed at the Indira Bhavan here, under the aegis of the KPCC on Sunday. Scheduled Tribes Welfare Minister P K Jayalakshmi will inaugurate the commemoration meet, with KPCC president V M Sudheeran in the chair.
