Burglary: Cops grope in the dark

The city police probing the theft at a mobile phone shop is groping in the dark after the they decided to mobilise the policemen of the investigation team maintaining law and order.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The city police probing the theft at a mobile phone shop is groping in the dark after the they decided to mobilise the policemen of the investigation team maintaining law and order because of the CPM-BJP clash.  

Earlier, the police had decided to send a police team to Motihari in Bihar to nab the suspected burglars.
The theft took place in the wee hours of Thursday when 78 mobile phones worth about Rs 14.5 lakh and Rs 1.2 lakh in cash were stolen from the shop near Overbridge junction.
