THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: International Cyber Nation, as the name suggests is a cyber world developed by city-based entrepreneur B Saharsh. He wants the space to be occupied by people who can creatively use social media. Various features found in popular social media platforms have been incorporated in www.icnation.com.

Once logged in, a large two-dimensional space appears with icons representing various features appears. “In ICN one can create a cyber city where these utilities can be accessed with a click.
Apart from building friendships, ICN facilitates to publish a book, display an art form in a gallery, share files etc,” says Saharsh, who is the chairman and managing director of ICNation Infoway International Pvt Ltd. He plans to add books to its web library which can be accessed by users. There is a space to post pictures and videos similar to Facebook.

Saharsh hopes to market his product among schools and residential associations.“Teachers can upload their lecture notes on this platform which then can be accessed by the students. Even assignments and projects can be submitted through ICN. Political associations and organizations can utilize the ICN facility to convey their ideals to the minutest branch levels. ICN can help in coordinating most works.” he says.

Most of these facilities are available with the existing products. Then why ICN? Saharsh says unique features would be added to the platform soon. “I cannot disclose the details at present. But the features will make ICN unique,” says Saharsh. It took six years for him to develop the product.
