Foundation stone laid for TDP’s swanky national office

Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation stone for the TDP central office at Atmakuru village near Mangalagiri in Guntur district early Sunday.

The TDP planned to have a huge building after being registered as a national party. In a bid to give its plan shape, it is going ahead with the construction of this building with four blocks near the Guntur DGP office, beside the national highway.

This office will accommodate all the party workers of the 13 districts and have video conference with facility with party chief Naidu. It will have a huge conference hall, mini meeting hall, dining hall, a library and a temporary stay for those who come from far off places.

This two lakh square feet structure, which will be built in 3.9 acres of government allotted land, will contain three buildings among which first will the office of the chief, second will be allotted to Human resource department while the third one will provide accommodation and other facilities.

This huge building will be built with sophisticated technology and is slated to have better looks than the TDP office at Hyderabad. This office whose design was already approved by Chandrababu Naidu and Naresh Lokesh will open in nine months from where all the party’s activities will be done for the upcoming elections in 2019.

Party chief Chandrababu Naidu, who presided over the meeting after the foundation programme, said, “This is a happy moment for me, while the workers and leaders are all the proletariats of this party. This building will be ready in nine months with sophisticated technology.”

He said that TDP is a party that strives for the self-respect of the Telugu people. He said that he will provide free food in this central party office and maintain a trust for the welfare of every member of the party and this party will start new activities for each and every party worker. Telangana TDP President L Ramana and Andhra Pradesh TDP President Kala Venkatarao and General Secretary Nara Lokesh attended the meet.
