Expert advice to chart your future

Heres some answers regarding what one can do regarding further studies.

I am 42-years-old and I was unable to complete my graduation. I would like to pursue it now. I have passed my PUC and diploma in Montessori. I have worked as a primary teacher. I have a passion towards early education. Kindly advice me if I can enrol for an online counseling course offered by Banjaras or complete my graduation through distance education, which is going to take three years.

My first advise to you would be to complete your graduation through distance education. You can look at options from IGNOU, Annamalai University and such to name a few. Since you have  a passion towards early education, you may choose short term courses related to the same. This would help you tremendously in the classroom also. I would recommend any part time course which has some contact sessions in the classroom.

I have just completed my Bcom (taxation) and I am preparing for bank exams. I would like to work a few years for exposure and simultaneously prepare for ICWA.  I want to know if it is a good idea to work for some years and simultaneously prepare for ICWA or should I  concentrate only on ICWA?

As you have completed your BCom, I would recommend you register for your MCom as this would be a good value adding degree for you.You an pursue a career in the banks as you desire and continue to do you ICWA also. This will give you a good blend of learning via theory and practice. Do work sincerely and ensure that you could complete both MCom and ICWA in a period of three years.
