I have been working for 5 years as Guest relations executive, I had done my MBA in HR and am interested in the field of HR but as I’m a fresher to HR and I’m not getting the job of my interest
A change in function after 5 years of work experience is always a difficult task. I guess you have done your distance MBA in HR which unfortunately does not command a premium in the job market. Please approach smaller companies who may like to hire you for your dual expertise in HR & Training.You may seek jobs in the hospitality industry in hotels, hospitals, courier companies & so on.You can then seek a better company after gaining some experience.
My son is 15 and he’s average in studies but wants to do engineering. Are there any coaching classes for other engineering entrance exam besides IIT JEE as I feel it will be tough for him to crack. Please advise
In general any student needs the help of a good coaching class to enable him to score well in the engineering entrance tests.
The classes will teach the child tips & tricks and how to score marks in these tests effectively. There are many coaching classes who provide coaching for non IIT entrance tests. However, as the JEE MAIN is the fundamental entrance test for engineering colleges, it may be advisable to take them and he might do better and surprise you with a seat in the IIT’s.
