I completed my BSc Biotechnology  and now I have joined MSc Biotechnology in VIT. I took this course as I have a penchant for  Biology and Life Sciences. But I get feedback about this course that doing research is the only option. I would prefer to work in a biotech company but I hear that they do not pay much.  Please guide me. Biotechnology is an exciting  and emerging area in India.

The emphasis on research is  very high as this is an area that we need many scientists to lead the way with their innovative research. You can consider being a researcher in an university or even work for  a biotech company as a scientist. Thus it a competitive area BUT those who excel in their research would be very well  paid. Please do your MSc seriously and ensure an excellent academic performance so that the best biotech companies can offer you a job.  I appeared for CA-CPT but failed due to lack of preparation. Should I go for CPT once again or not? How to master Accounts?

You need to meet an experienced accountancy professor who can assess your current knowledge and also check if  you would be capable to check out your capacity to cope with further studies. Based on his recommendation, you  may decide to progress further into your CA studies by reappearing for CPT.  Alternatively , you may decide to complete your graduation and then do your MBA or  pursue LAW.
