LOS ANGELES: Actress Michelle Rodriguez says she will quit "The Fast and The Furious" franchise if more female cast members are not brought in.

The 38-year-old star, who has played the role of Letty since the saga's inception, feels that the popular action film series set is lacking in "feminine energy", reported Entertainment Tonight.

"In order for me to be a part of the franchise in the future, they need to up the ante on the females. I mean, it's like a sausage factory in this thing.

"I just need some more feminine energy. We need some more women on the good side," she said.
