After Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Yaariyan, Evelyn Sharma will be seen in Kuch Kuch Locha Hai and Ishqedaariyan. The 28-year-old actress says, “As celebs, that’s what is expected out of us. We have to be healthy and I think everyone should follow a healthy regime to stay fit.” Healthy lifestyle

I drink a lot of fluids. Water, juices and soups. My favourite is dry fruit milk which I make by mixing almonds, walnuts, cardamom, raisins and dry figs. This is super healthy and super yumm.

Health achievement

My six pack abs. Getting six pack abs killed me literally but now when I see them, I think they are all worth the hard work

Favourite exercises

I think basic weight training exercises are the best way to torn your body. For legs, squats and lunges does wonders.

Diet Intake

Eat small meals every two hours, avoid too much carbs. Since I love oats so I have it for breakfast. I keep fruits and dry fruits handy. I do try my best to follow my diet, but I do cheat once in a while.

Fitness routines

I do cardio and abs one day and weight training and legs one day. I keep alternating between them. I believe in yoga that’s the best form of exercise to stay mentally and physically fit. Besides basic cardio and weight training does wonders. I jog and do basic jumping jacks, pushups and abs, or go for cycling.

De-stress and unwind

I listen to my favourite song or play with my pets
