Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were present at Mumbai’s Mithibai College to launch their new song ‘Shaam Shaandaar’ and Shahid talked about his college memories (“coming back feels like coming home; I have some of my best fun memories in this college”) and about dancing to the song.
But first he was expectedly asked about his recent marriage. Pointedly questioned on when he had a Shaandaar Shaam with his wife Mira, he quipped, “Every shaam is a shaandaar one with Mira.”
Thereafter he steered the conversation back to the song Shaam Shaandaar and revealed why he is so fond of his co-star Alia. He said, “Alia did a very sweet thing while shooting this song. We were already on the set and everyone was ready when suddenly, we realised that one step won’t be possible if Alia wore the decided dress. So very sweetly, she brought a pair of shorts and was ready to shoot in that new outfit. She is very professional.”
