Watch: Jacqueline Fernandez Takes #DizzyGoals Challenge for Global Goals Campaign

MUMBAI: Jacqueline Fernandez, who took the #DizzyGoals challenge for the United Nations’ Global Goals Campaign, became the first female Asian to take on the challenge. She took the challenge in the U.K. coastal town of Dorset, where she is filming “Housefull 3,” and just as she had cheered Akshay Kumar on last week when he had taken it up, her co-star was there to cheer her on!

The #DizzyGoals challenge is in support of the Global Goals Campaign to make the new Global Goals for Sustainable Development famous. Launching at the UN General Assembly by 193 world leaders, the Global Goals are a series of 17 ambitious targets to end extreme poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change for everyone by 2030.

Using the connection of ‘goals,’ the #DizzyGoals challenge invites personalities and the public to run around a ball until they’re dizzy and then try to score a goal, which her co-star could not last week.

In the video, Fernandez is her usual chirpy self, and she successfully scores a goal, which Kumar failed to do. The on-point goal sends the message that world leaders themselves should not miss the goal-posts when signing up for the new Global Goals for Sustainable Development later this month.
