Richa Chadda is known for her intense roles in films like Gangs of Wasseypur and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela. Now the actress has another strong role in Main Aur Charles with Randeep Hooda but Richa claims that she wants to do bubbly roles.

After Maasan was well received, what are the expectations from Main Aur Charles?

I have a lot of expectations and I am sure that Main Aur Charles will do well. The movie is good. The crew has worked really hard and very patiently on this film. We all are very happy that finally we are bringing this story to everyone.

I am waiting for someone to make a bubbly, candyfloss film with me now because I have done a lot of intense films. Playing this character was not difficult.

Tell us about your role.

Randeep plays Charles, a man who has that power over men and women; has a seductive quality, allure and mystery about him. He makes you want to spend time with him. You spend more time than what he asks you to. It is one of the most interesting roles I have played. My character is very mazedaar in the film; there are lots of shades to my role.

What preparations did you do for the film?

No preparation because our director Prawal Raman was precise about what he wanted. We had a blast doing this film.
