I begin my morning with
Honey and lukewarm water.

Diet preference is
I am a non-vegetarian but my favourite dish is maa ke haath ka bana rajma chawal.

For breakfast
I have boiled chicken and eggs.

My lunch is
Generally grilled chicken.

Evening snack
It’s always salad when I am on a diet.

My dinner is
Salads with chicken.

My favourite dessert
I love gajar ka halwa.

To keep fit
I exercise and do yoga.

I can cook
Excellent parathas and omelettes.

My favourite cook
My mother and my wife, they both are amazing cooks and ghar ka khana is the best.

Idea of  a romantic meal
Candlelight dinner at a sea-facing restaurant.

I love going to the Saffron at JW Marriott

Fitness tips
Control your diet, but don’t deny yourself. Also dieting or exercises alone will not help. Its all about eating the correct thing and in the right amount. Youngsters tend to enjoy fast food. If you want to remain fit, avoid junk. Follow a healthy lifestyle, sleep early and wake-up early. Drink a lot of water.  It clears the toxins in your body. Physical activity is a must.
