Kiara Advani loves fruits

“I grew up to dislike eggs when I caught my mom’s bluff, and I can make the healthiest, tastiest and most amazing salmon,” claims Kiara Advani, the heroine of Fugly and M S Dhoni-The Untold story.  

The first thing I have in the morning: A glass of warm water with lemon. 
I breakfast on: Oats with apples, berries or kiwi slices.

My favourite food: I love eating sushi and sea food. 

My lunch: Its usually home made. Some veggies with dal and nachni roti or some quinoa.

An accompaniment I must have with my meals: Slices of lemon and some pepper powder.

My Sunday lunch: I love eating seafood 

For health reasons I eat: Chia seeds.

For health reasons I avoid: Fried food and sugar.

My evening snack: Consists of peanut butter with apples. 

My dinner: Similar to my lunch or just chicken with  sautéed vegetables and some spinach. 

My favourite dessert: Anything in dark chocolate. 

My favourite fruits: Kiwi and blueberries. 

My fitness regimen: Boxing and functional training. 
I dislike eating: Eggs.

A childhood memory connected to food: To make sure I had eggs in my diet my mum would whip up the egg yolk, add sugar and place it in a fancy bowl and tell me it was the best dessert in town. I grew up to dislike eggs when I caught her bluff.

I binge on: Nuts, usually figs and walnuts. 

My favourite cook in the world: My grandmom.

My comfort food: Baskin Robins chocolate ice cream and low sodium nachni chips.

My favourite kitchen appliance: Nespresso coffee machine. 

My favourite dish: Hummus with chicken tikkas. 

My idea of a romantic meal: A hot chocolate and waffles topped with berries, chocolate Ice cream and some whipped cream.  

My favourite recipe: My Grandmom’s shepherd's pie.
