Parul Yadav has made her way into Sandalwood’s top echelons. Just as she returns from Kullu Manali after completing her song sequence for Uppi 2, she will start another Kannada project. The actress will soon turn super model for Vijayaditya, helmed by first-time director Nirbhay Chakravarthy. This social drama-cum-fantasy sees Dhananjay in the lead role and Kavya Shetty and Shravya playing important characters.

She was quite thrilled to take up this role as it is a character that she will be essaying for the first time on screen. The film  spans through a historical period as well as a modern context and this is when Parul appears on screen as the love interest of Dhananjay.

We will be shooting her portions sometime in mid-February,” he says.

Parul currently has a host of projects lined up including Vaastu Prakara, Uppi 2, and Attagara. She has also recently signed Seizer opposite Chiranjeevi Sarja. Despite her many opportunities, she is extremely happy to be a part of Vijayaditya. “I play a supermodel, a role I have never played before. I will be working with Dhananjay, who is considered a powerhouse of talent and the next future star of

Sandalwood. Second, the film made on a huge budget has an ensemble star cast, which will also be very interesting for me,” she says.
