'Shooting for Eradane Sala Was Double Fun'

The shooting of Dhananjay and Sangeetha Bhat-starrer Eradane Sala will be completed today with the last portions of the film being shot in Hosur. “We are done with the film and the film is at the post-production stage,” says Dhananjay.

The film produced by Yogesh Narayan is directed by Guruprasad.  City Express got hold of a photograph that shows Dhananjay clad in a panche and Sangeetha in a traditional saree. The actor, reportedly, was particularly happy to work with director Guruprasad again. The duo had associated first time for Director’s Special, which marked Dhananjay’s debut. “This time shooting for Eradane Sala was more of fun and credit should go to the script because it mostly runs on comedy. It created a fun atmosphere on the sets. There was no room for boredom, Guruprasad saw to that,” says Dhananjay.

We ask the actor, who has so far worked only with emotional dramas that have little humour in them, how comedy is treating him. “The film has situational comedy and also has dialogues that make you laugh. In all the films that I have worked in, I had  comedy here and there, but there is a lot of entertainment factor in Eradane Sala, which also gave me a different experience,” he says.

According to Dhananjay, director Guruprasad has stayed with his style of shooting. “Only this time, he has come outdoors to shoot. Otherwise, it was more or less the same experience for me,” he says.
