It is Raja Nanna Raja v/s Sahasa Simha

CCome February, the new generation of viewers will be treated with two old classic Kannada films. Rajkumar's Raja Nana Raja and Vishuvardhan's Sahasa Simha will be re-released in digital format by distributors Anand Kumar and M Raju respectively. Both are planning to release the film in around 35 to 40 theatres all over Karnataka. "The film is ready but we are yet to confirm the release date. Even though we see a lot of films releasing every week, there is a certain craze for Rajkumar films and this year we chose to come with the legend's Raja Nana Raja. Every year we will be coming out with one classic of the icon, says Anand Kumar who has invested around Rs 35 lakh to bring the film on silver screen.

It Is.jpgRaja Nanna Raja a romantic film directed by A V Sheshagiri Rao and produced by A L Abbaiah Naidu.   Aarthi and Chandrashekar play the lead. The film considered  an evergreen hit had songs composed by G K Venkatesh.

Distributor M RAju who is releasing Sahasa Simha says, "It is not about money. I am a big fan of Vishnuvardhan and particularly picked up Sahasa Simha this year as a treat to his huge fan following," says distributor M Raju.

It IsA.jpgSahasa Simha released in 1982 was directed by Joe Simon and produced by M Pandurangan and M Ramalingam. Kajal Kiran, Rajya Lakshmi and Vajramuni played lead roles with music scored by Chellapilla Satyam.
