Starting afresh, Arohi has bagged an opportunity to work in the yet-to-be-tiled film directed by Karthik Saragur. The film is produced by Pushkar films in association with Hemanth M Rao, who is pitching-in as a co-producer. Arvind Iyer, who stole the show in Kirik Party is debuting as the protagonist and Arohi is paired opposite him.

Pushkar says he believed in Arohi’s potential and took her onboard. An excited Arohi says, “This is a very big opportunity. I have to make sure to give my best.”

The pretty lass also revealed about the break she took just after her debut. “Offers came pouring in, but I was confused about what role to pick after my debut. Hence, I decided to pursue my education and took up MBA. I am now in the final year. Career in film industry has always been my priority.

But, it is only in the last one year, I was in the process of getting back to films. And the first step was focusing on my transformation. People had actually forgotten about me. Like a debutant, I had do my rounds of auditions for this project.

And when I heard that I was the chosen one, I felt like somebody has read my mind about my passion towards acting,” says Arohi.

“In between, I was a part of two films - Mast Kalandar and Six-to-Six - which were low budget films. I don’t if the film is releasing anytime soon. Hence, this project will be a new beginning in my career.”

Having bagged a film under a renowned banner, Arohi is leaving no stone unturned for a big comeback. “I have found a mentor in director  Karthik, who will soon start with the rehearsals before we start the shooting. Prior to this, I have attended a few workshops in Kochi and Bengaluru. I made sure I watch as many films as possible, which I thought was very important,” she says.
