Sharan’s film Raj Vishnu is being readied for release and his Satya Harischandra, directed by Dayal Padmanabhan, is also nearly done. The actor is now planning his next project, and this yet-to-be-titled film will be helmed by dialgoue writer-turned-director Anil Kumar. He has previously directed Dilwala. This movie is to be produced by SV Babu, who is currently gearing up for the release of Pataki, starring Ganesh.
Interestingly, the project will be done under guidance of none other than director Tarun Sudhir, who is currently basking in the success of Chowka. We also hear that heroine Pranitha Subhash has been approached for the project, and this will be confirmed once the payment terms are decided. Pranitha has just wrapped up work on Shivrajkumar-starrer Leader and is busy with a Telugu film.
If everything goes as per their plans, the industry will have a fresh pair for the big screen -- of Sharan and Pranitha.
The makers have completed the preliminary rounds and have verbally finalised the project and the lead cast. An official announcement will be made only after May 22, once the actors sign on the dotted line. After this work on the project will begin. The filmmakers are looking to release it in December 2017.
Meanwhile, the audio of Pataki was launched on Saturday and the team now awaits the Censor Board clearance.
