Madhu Sharma is on seventh heaven these days and rightly so. Last weekend her runaway hit movie “Sindhanai Sei” completed 50 days at the box office

Sindhanai Sei continues to do quite well in theaters, something, which is, reflected in the box office figures, which are talking only in crores. Madhu has received enormous audience appreciation and critical acclaim for her role in the movie of a rich, independent girl who falls in love.

'Sindhanai Sei' is the remake of the Telugu hit 'Bheebhatsam' with Yuvan and Madhu Sharma playing the lead roles. The story is about how Yuvan meets Madhu Sharma and the two of them fall in love. Marriage happens but matrimony is not a bed of roses. Madhu Sharma expects a life of happiness and luxury, which Yuvan is not able to provide. Disillusioned and dissatisfied, she walks out of the marriage leaving Yuvan seething in anger.

After having conquered our hearts in M.S. Raju’s film “Pournami” which portrayed her as a traditional Andhra girl, her character in Sindhanai Sei is a complete contrast, providing a refreshing change to her previous role. Which proves the depth in her acting skills.

Apart from being a gifted actor, Madhu also has a black belt in Taekwondo martial arts. The lesser-known side of Madhu comes as a simple Mumbai girl by heart, who loves watching T.V, dancing and gardening Her fitness mantra includes daily yoga and exercises.

Known for her glamour doll image, and proud of it, Madhu has now set her eyes on performance-oriented films and is now looking out for more challenging roles. And it looks as if it’s working already. Great going Madhu
