Director Venkat Prabhu’s Party, which boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Shiva, Shyam, Chandran, Suresh, Ramya Krishnan, Nivetha Pethuraj, Regina Cassandra and Sanchita Shetty, is almost 50 per cent complete.
The team is presently at Fiji islands from where they will be returning in a month.
True to the film’s name, the team recently celebrated veteran actor Suresh’s 53rd birthday at a lively function organised there. Party also marks the actor’s 300th film in the industry.
This action thriller will have Venkat’s brother, Premgi Amaren, composing music for the first time, and the film is also the first time Venkat hasn’t roped in his brother as an actor.
