Udhayanidhi Stalin, whose latest release was Ippadai Vellum, will team up with National Award-winning filmmaker Seenu Ramasamy next.
The actor says, “I’m an avid fan of Seenu sir’s films as they’re high on emotion, while also being commercially successful. I produced his Neer Paravai, which was a meaningful film in my career as a producer. I’m now happy to act in his direction.”
The makers of this untitled film are currently busy finalising the rest of the cast and crew, and the shooting will start from January 19.
Seenu Ramasamy also has a film with Vijay Sethupathi in the pipeline, while Udhayanidhi is working on a film with PS Mithran of Irumbi Thirai fame.
