Christian Bale will be playing the antagonist in Marvel's "Thor: Love and Thunder". However, he isn't the first actor to do a crossover in their career and is highly unlikely to be the last. Here are 14 such notable performers who got to register their names in both DC and Marvel universe over the years.

RYAN REYNOLDS: GREEN LANTERN, DEADSHOT: Released in 2011, DC's 'Green Lantern' was so bad that not just the plans for sequels were shelved, but the character was dropped from Justice League altogether. Reynolds became the butt of jokes before he got to play MCU's R-Rated superhero - the role he was born to play. Plus, he got the chance to time travel and shoot himself in the head for agreeing to put on the ring.

But Halle was so cool that she turned up to receive the award and thanked her director for convincing her to play the 'shit' movie.
