Oh to be kids! For this brother and sister duo locked in earnest conversation on a waterlogged road at Rajaji Nagar, Thiruvotriyur it might have been a fun-filled thermocol boat ride, but at least for the man ferrying them across it was an avoidable experience. With the rains lashing many parts of the city again and with a red alert out, many low-lying areas in Chennai are preparing for the worst.
