HYDERABAD: Zaiqa-e-Hyderabad, Banjara Hills recently  launched a new restaurant called Kebab Stories at its rooftop. The newest venture, built atop of Zaiqa, claims to specialise in kebabs from different parts of the world. It gives the diners an al fresco dining experience. He along with his team had tried to bring back the original taste of kebabs which were meant to be cooked in bulk. This concept has been with me for the past few years. This year I finally got to experiment and finalise it into Kebab Stories,” says the Chef. The dishes, each mouth-watering, with the meat succulent are cooked with so much care that it warms much more than the belly. You can find delicacies like ‘Murgh Kandhari’, ‘Dahi wale Paaye’ and ‘Rogani Bhuni Nalli’.

Vegetarian diners do have choices to explore among various paneer and vegetable treats. Apart from these you have street styled desserts like ‘Halwa-puri’, ‘Lab-e-Shireen’ and ‘Gulathi’ which just embellish the palate.  The rooftop restaurant gives of a very warm and cosy vibes. Sitting on wooden chairs, chatting in the dim lights, enjoying the live cooked food as it comes to your table, and the aromas wafting from the grills in the front; this just sums up a perfect evening for a gathering of friends and family.
