Oktoberfest is an age old German festival where food is a key ingredient of celebration. Ista is bringing the same collection of traditional hearty fare which is enjoyed by people world over during the festival. Set up over a serene ambience at the poolside, Ista’s Oktoberfest BBQ will have a choice of German Barbeque comprising of wide selection of BBQ spread at Rs 699 (All Inclusive) onwards and an a la carte menu starting from Rs 499 onwards. The fest is on till October 11.
The wide collection of menu will include the specialties using Custom Culinary rubs and marinade like Hot and spicy Glaze, Cajun BBQ seasoning, Caribbean jerk seasoning paired with meats like German Bratwurst, Frankfurters, pork Wieners, Smoked Kessler loin and famous Bavarian Meat Loaf cooked on specially sourced charcoal fired Weber Grills.
To offer a choice to cater to all, the a la carte menu will include delicacies like Spaetzeles, Bavarian Loaf, lamb Rack, bratwurst, German potato salad, red cabbage braised pork with a horseradish sauce, dark beer marinated chicken, and strudel to finish the meal.
