Whenever she feels frazzled, Charoo heads to the salon. She is lucky and she knows that. “I agree I am very fortunate to own a spa of my own, something many women dream of. What makes me happier is that it is a successful venture and has got an extremely strong clientele. This project required a lot of planning, strategising, sourcing the right employment and delivering excellent services consistently. After organising and making sure everything is spot-on every month, I deserve to put up my feet and relax.
