Power of conscious energy

It cannot be quantified or measured. It is also beginingless and knows no end to it.

The truth that you and I are has no imaginations or thought formations in it. It is just one pure consciousness and there are no parts or divisions in it.

This consciousness is like a shoreless ocean. There is no example to liken it to and no logical explanation whatsoever can be given to the presence of this awareness.

It cannot be quantified or measured. It is also beginingless and knows no end to it.

Knowing this to be one’s own true self, the wise man is freed from the clutches of a divided, multi-partitioned and a limited mind.

The Amrita Bindu Upanishad gave the way to reach this state of one’s own true self with the help of swara sadhana.

Swara is the means by which the conscious energy within is invoked by breathing or by chanting of Om with awareness.

When the mind merges with this state of the self after a continuous chanting of Om, it hits upon this unfathomable region of consciousness that is right within oneself.

This consciousness is as far away from us as the wave is from the ocean or the gold ornament is from the gold.

This consciousness is so rare indeed that it is impossible to point out another example to describe it.

For a person who has not eaten a rosogollah in his life, how difficult is it to describe the taste of a rosogollah? Can you say it tastes sweet as sugar syrup? Can you describe that it is round like a gulab jamun? Can you try to explain that the contents are made up of a ball of curdled milk?

Nothing except tasting the rosogollah will make the person understand the real taste of the sweet. Same it is with the self too. One has to experience it to believe and know what indeed it is.

What happens when I touch base with this true nature of mine? Well, the mind is thoroughly at an indescribable causeless peace. No doubts, no sorrow, no confusions can ever touch me in this state of conscious awareness.

Despite all the happenings around me, I am free and untouched by any disturbance whatsoever.

This unique, singular, endless, nonpareil, immeasurable consciousness, knowing which one is liberated has no thought modifications in it. Glorious is that human who realises this state of being.

No situation in life can ever disturb the one who is in touch with his true self.

He is excited by nothing. Nothing can agitate his mind. He desires for nothing. He craves nothing.

He realises that he has got everything that can ever be sought for in a fulfilled life.

That is the state of a totally liberated being.
