Netflix service has been fully restored after a ChristmasEve outage denied many the opportunity to stream video on TVs, tablets and PCs.
A Netflix Inc. spokesman said by email Tuesday morning thatthe service has been fully restored.
The outage affected customers in the Americas startingaround 12:30 p.m. PST (2030 GMT) on Monday. The company, which is based in LosGatos, California, blames problems with Amazon Web Services, and says it isinvestigating further.
Amazon Web Services provides companies with online storageand computing. It is separate from Seattle-based Amazon.com Inc.'s better-knownshopping website.
Amazon says that problems with its service have also nowbeen fixed.
