At 15 one could be accused of being pesky; a brick-and-mortar business, new kid on the block, but for those surfing the Net, it is a way of life – Google. The company is celebrating its 15th anniversary in its trademark casual style.
Here’s a happy birthday the world will celebrate with fun and laughter…and wait, there are lots of candies to be won too. Minutes after logging in my colleague wrote, ‘Google is 15, and I got 48!’
Confused, I wondered whether it was some early morning puzzle. Then he pointed out the game on the Google Homepage. Google’s celebrating the day with a piñata doodle. You hit a swinging piñata with a stick using the space bar to release sweets and earn points. I tried my hand at it. My score was a modest 77, not a bad start to the day. Take a swing!
