Although the chief minister is married to Dimple, also an MP of the Samajwadi Party, and has three cute kids with her, he is flooded with love letters from UP and other places.
"Agar aap humse shadi nahi karoge to main mar jaungi" (If you do not marry me, I will end my life) pines another young woman of Kanpur, who pens further that she wants to meet with him at any cost and would reach Lucknow soon.
“Yes, there are many love letters reaching chief minister Akhilesh Yadav every week,” revealed a close aide, adding that, “We are helpless over how to stop such mails.” When asked if the CM responds to such cupid-struck girls, who are writing love letters to him continuously, the aide said, “The chief minister just smiles and dumps them.”
However, it is no secret that despite his tight schedule Akhilesh does not miss morning workout and keeps himself fit.
The love letters and craze for him among young ladies is conspicuous, claims one of his staff officers.
