NEW DELHI: The CBI on Sunday issued restraint order to prevent NRI businessman Ravi Rishi, an accused in the Tatra truck deal case, from leaving the country.

Acting on the Army Chief's bribery charge, the CBI issued a lookout notice against British businessman Ravi Rishi. The CBI may question him again over the Tatra truck deal.

The CBI says that it is not convinced with Army Chief's bribery claims. It says that it needs more proof and specific details before it can register a case and that it wants specific details from the General regarding the case.

Meanwhile, the Defence Research & Development Organisation has said that the Army Chief and Defence Minister AK Antony should sort out their differences.

DRDO chief VK Saraswat has also defended the use of Tatra trucks, which are at the heart of the bribery allegations, saying the trucks have performed well in the past.
