Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel can secure admission in specialized courses of the O.P Jindal Global University (JGU) in Haryana, the varsity said Sunday.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) provides five seats each in MBA and in MA (Diplomacy, Law and Business) programmes for air force officers, over and above the number of candidates admitted for the programmes.
It also provides for five seats each in Masters in Law (LL.M.) and MA in Public Policy programmes, a university statement said.
Senior air force officers will also be eligible for short duration courses of two to five days on global affairs, national security, Indian foreign policy and cyber security.
One of the highlights of the MoU is the offer by the university of two scholarships for IAF officers, one each in MBA and LLM postgraduate programmes.
The MoU was signed at the university campus in Sonipat in Haryana.
