Social Science Congress inaugurated

The 36th Indian Social Science Congress was inaugurated at KIIT University on Thursday. The theme of this session of the congress, which is being held in Odisha after a gap of 22 years, is ‘Science, Society and Planet Earth’.   Inaugurating the five day congress chief guest Dr Manohar Lal Sharma, J&K Minister for State Cooperatives, Printing & Stationery and Elections, said that a visit to Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) was like visiting paradise.
