Suspected Pakistani spy arrested in Rajasthan

A spy, allegedly involved in sharing the military and other secret information with Pakistan for the past 3-4 years, was arrested from his residence by a special team of CID in Mathari village.

Roshan Khan, 45, resident of Mathari village in Barmer district was arrested yesterday under the Official Secrets Act and he has been sent to Jaipur for further interrogation, a CID official said.

"We had been keeping track of him for past some time and arrested him on Friday (yesterday) from his residence as he had been sharing the military and other secret information with Pakistan for past 3-4 years," the official said.

Some important documents have been recovered from him but he refused to disclose the nature of these documents, he said.

"We have arrested him under Official Secrets Act and have taken him to our headquarter in Jaipur for further interrogation", official said.
