Light to moderate rain occurred at isolated places over eastern Uttar Pradesh but weather remained mainly dry over western region of the state.

Day temperatures rose in Moradabad, Meerut divisions and changed a little in the remaining divisions of the state.
Agra, Meerut divisions saw markedly below normal temperature, Moradabad, Kanpur, Bareilly divisions appreciably below normal, Lucknow, Jhansi divisions below normal, and it was normal in remaining divisions.
The highest maximum temperature recorded in the state was at 43.8 degrees Celsius in Etawah.
