NOIDA:  As Bishada continued to struggle to return to normalcy, a fringe Hindutva outfit founded by BJP MP Yogi Adityanath offered all help to the majority community on Wednesday "including guns" if they were harassed by the police.

In their vain attempt to enter the village along with leader Jitendra Tyagi the 'Hindu Yuva Vahini' alleged that that state government is biased against the majority community.

Terming the the killing of Mohammed Iqlaq by a mob as “sad” he said "We will go and meet Hindus who are being harassed by authorities concerned. We will provide them all possible help, be it tan-man-dhan-gun, if they are harassed," Tyagi said.

Later in the day VHP leader Sadhvi Prachi also tried to enter the village but was unable to do so. "I wanted to meet families of Jay Prakash and Rahul Yadav but I was denied entry. Owaisi, who comes from Hyderabad can meet, why I am not allowed entry? This is a conspiracy," Prachi said while in the car. Prachi was accompanied with around 20 people from VHP was detained for am while then released.

“Section 144 is in place no public meetings allowed, by the looks, it seemed that she might address public which is not allowed , hence she was stopped” said DSP Dadri Anurag Singh.

Prachi has also demanded a compensation of Rs 50 lakh each for the families of Yadav and Jay Prakash. "Prakash was tortured to the extent that he committed suicide," she alleged. Although police have denied such reports. The District administration and police, in efforts to maintain communal harmony conducted a peace march and held peace committee meetings.

Bishada, meanwhile, continued to be out of bounds for outsiders including saffron seers, who tried to steamroll their way into the village but were prevented by the the authorities. The welcome arch to the Rajput-dominated village, with a towering statue of Maharana Pratap atop it, is still heavily barricaded and there is large scale police presence. The civil and police authorities took out peace march and held peace committee meetings to cool frayed tempers.
